It's your special day, you've shopped for that special dress, found the perfect place for your reception, hired the caterer with the best food. All of your families and friends are invited. You'll want a true professional to entertain your guests. The quality of your entertainment can have your guests talking for years. Either (What a great time we had, We danced to every song!) or (What kind of music was that DJ playing?). Your invitations will get them there, the entertainment will make them want to stay.

With Addatunes your reception will be problem free. We'll show early in proper attire with a premier sound system and lighting package to meet your requirements.

• Your guests will arrive to a warm welcome and light jazz music while the photographer is finishing up with the bridal party.
   
• While your guests find their tables, we usually offer drinks and/or hors d'oeuvres while they are awaiting your arrival.
   
• Once the bridal party arrives we'll introduce them into the room.
   
• After the bride and groom are seated, we'll announce any blessings and that the food is being served. This would be the best time for any toasts.
   
• Following the meal the wedding cake is usually cut and served to the guest.
   
• We'll open the dance floor with your first dance as husband and wife, followed by any special dances as requested. (Father/daughter, mother/son, bridal party, etc.)
   
• Opening the dance floor for everyone to enjoy with a nice mix of music including Oldies, Top 40, Country and/or requests from your guests.
   
• As a wedding tradition we'll announce the bouquet and garter toss about half way into the reception.
   
• When you're ready to leave, we'll announce your farewell dance and then invite your guests outside to send you off to your new life as Husband and Wife.

Every wedding is different, from the most elegant to the all out parties, this is just a typical wedding reception outline, we can add, delete or modify to your specifications.
